When you incorporate 40 hz in music is this using a just/pure intonation system centered around E = 320hz (interestingly, allegedly the frequency associated with the solar plexus)? Or in a traditional tuning schema such as a maqam or raga etc (from what I understand Middle Eastern modes/maqams often use microtonal "neutral" intervals and pythagorean intervals, along with some 5-limit intervals)? In my own musical work I love playing this kind of scale heavily incorporating 40 hz and it's higher/lower octaves and harmonics, setting the BPM to 150, being 4 octaves below at 2.5hz (this way any kind of rhythmic pattern that is on beat will be theoretically exactly in tune/aligned with the wave's zero crossing point), and in a justly tuned scale similarly all of the combination tones and interference beating frequencies between certain tones are harmonically related to 40. It is interesting to note that the subharmonics of 40, as well as of the perfect fifth above, or note "B" in the scale, correspond to several other purportedly beneficial brainwave frequencies/states (2.5, 5, 10, 20, 7.5, 15, etc although, this can be said for any other note in the scale). I think all of these effects layered and interwoven through the music self-resonantly reinforce the overall healing or beneficial properties of the sound, and it is all consonant and coherent mathematically. I'm led to wonder about the effects of other frequencies and their harmonic relationships with one-another, for example 32/256hz for the harmonic doubling series of 1, 2 , 4 etc, and about A=432, which works well with some frequencies like D=288 and E=324 (40.5hz, possibly worth looking into), but would, in order to be consonant with 40 hz or E = 320, necessarily be flattened down to 426.666¯ (I want to say 426 and 2/3rds) hz. Certainly if a Just scale at E=320/40hz /C=256hz (5/4 pure major third) would carry the benefits or what we know just about 40hz then there is likely a vast array of healing qualities, effects on brain and bodily health to be explored within the bounds of a harmonious musical tuning system along the fairly obvious intuitive guidelines of simple numerology and harmonious proportions I think the context of all this helps to reevaluate one's thinking in terms of numerology, geometry, astrological influences etc maybe even more abstractly social dynamics, psychology, behavioral patterns etc, there are definite harmonious proportions, resonant frequencies, sets of rules governing "music" or the "musicality" of phenomena in general, and exposure to these being executed correctly through our perception either in the world or in art/media is immediately and self-evidently good, correct, divine etc (directly observable effects on brain health being one aspect) It is quite a shame that the real fundamentals of music are basically a set of topics solely for esoteric study or individual research, music is extremely de-emphasized, and if taught at all, is taught under a system which is basically compromised and far-removed from it's common origins which align it into a comprehensive understanding that incorporate it with/into other subjects, everything becomes kind of isolated, absurd, only good for memorizing without understanding, it's great to see courses out there that offer an alternative perspective, I hope some day this kind of knowledge will be a basic thing that any child would understand

It is an Israeli song, composed by Yosef Hadar and Moshe Dor in 1957. This song has been very much appreciated by the Arabs who have slightly changed its rhythm and harmony making it look like an Arab song. In many restaurants they play it with an accelerated rhythm and put an odalisque to dance, which clearly was not what Hadar and Dor had in mind when they composed it more than 65 years ago.
